Hi I have the Argus 2E. It’s all set up and running and I purchased a cloud plan.Ive watched the tutorials and read everything and I’m going in circles binding them.In my dashboard when you click cloud the only option I have is smart home. No other option for cloud storage so can’t even try to bind my camera with the cloud.Any ideas?Thank you
The Cloud service is not available in all the countries now. You can check if your country supports the Cloud service in this article.
I'm having the same issue. I go to Cloud Storage, and Library opens. It reads "No files found" I click on Plan tab, and press on the plan I bought. Below it reads "Device(0/20), which I'm [censored]uming means I have 20 cameras in the plan, but non bound. I can't find where else to go. Did you find an answer?
