      I'm fairly new to the Reolink cameras. I have right now one Argus PT and yesterday I lost electric from about 5pm until 330am and also lost internet services too. Now I can't seem to get it to connect. I keep getting a "live viewing failed" when trying to view it. I even tried to restart the camera by turning it off and on and still nothing.

        What do you use to charge the camera, solar panel, or adapter? You can try to use the adapter to charge the camera. If the light is green, it is fully charged.

        Then you can try to hard reset the camera. This is the guide to reset the Argus PT.
