Question About Data Plans

Hello,

Recently my car was stolen. For my only remaining vehicle I am considering buying the Reolink Go. I would place it in the car so that if a thief breaks into it I could capture video to the Cloud that would identify the thief. (There was a suspect for my stolen car but because the police didn’t have a positive ID they could not make an arrest, so if my only remaining vehicle is broken into I want to be able to provide the police with the criminal’s picture.)

Can someone recommend an inexpensive data plan? I will not need much data as hopefully my vehicle will not get broken into and if it does it will hopefully only be once. I was hoping to find a prepaid data plan that does not expire or that expires after several months. Or if I have to get a subscription I was hoping to only have to pay a few dollars a month but I can’t seem to find any meeting this criteria.

Hello @liberty530_473914499653844, you may find a list of supported network carriers in your country or region here, https://reolink.com/product/reolink-go/#carriers. For your reference, the Go camera may use around 1GB of data per month. Hope this helps.
