RE: Reolink Doorbell Camera "appetizers" Here!
@tenback_266134903410848 Not sure if we can add some holiday ringtone to the doorbell at the moment. But you will be able to record a voice message via the phone app and set up the doorbell to play the voicemail.

RE: Migrating/Moving Reolink client to a new computer?
Hello @tbcsignup_467191114207442, as @Crimp-On_62210811129 says, the settings are kept on the cameras themselves. You can just install the Reolink Client on the new computer and add all the cameras to the app. Hope this helps.

RE: Any devices affected by Log4j?
@jasonmckay-117_247484246499502 We don't have any DVR systems. If you are referring to the NVR systems, we would love to clarify that our NVR systems are not developed with java programming language. We don't apply anything from log4j to the development of our NVR systems.
That is why Fiona said none of our devices, including the cameras and NVR systems, are affected by the lpg4j vulnerabilities. Hope this clarifies. -

RE: IP Camera Viewer
@abommaro_373_360329751683201 Thank you for the feedback. It is possible that the third-party software won't accept the H.265 codec as the RLC-823A comes with H.265 video format and the 420, 423, and C2 Pro with H.264.
To stream the video feed to the third-party software, you will need to use a substream and switch the video codec to H.264. Click here to learn more about the RTSP URL in substream, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006240073-Request-for-RTSP-URL
Hope this helps. -

RE: What is "Scrollview"?
@shane Hi Shane, the scroll view feature allows you to see different cameras in order automatically. The scroll view time refers to the interval between the cameras to be present.
To enable the scroll view feature, you will need to click on the button in the red rectangle as the image shows. Hope this helps. -

@tomcrean Hi there, the video streaming on Google Nest Hub is limited to 20 mins each time. To continuously stream the camera, you may use the mobile app or desktop client, https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/.
Besides, there is no option to change the resolution or frame rate for video streaming on Google Nest Hub Display. Hope this clarifies. -

RE: IP Camera Viewer
@hybris_504591858819267 Hi there, the ONVIF/RTSP ports are disabled by default with the latest firmware on the 823A camera. You will need to go to the port settings and re-enable the ONVIF/RTSP ports for third-party software integration. Hope this helps.
