      When i download a recording to my phone to save it i can't watch it.
      The file is broken and can not be watched. I have enclosed a picture of the file.
      It says videocodec not supported.
      On my tablet everything works fine.

        1. Which app version you are using?
        2. Are you downloading videos from the playback page or downloading the videos by manually recording?
        3. Have you upgraded your cameras with the latest firmware?

          1. Version 4.28.0.8
          2. With playback en manually recording, it's the same problem.
          3. Yes i have the latest firmware.

          I have a Samsung telephone with Android.
