Argus PT Can not use Reset Button

What can I doe to go to factary setting , I use the reset button, but there is only ding ding sound!

@jbadenser_423234339885295 Hello there, when you hear the ding ding sound, you can add the camera to the mobile app and continue the initial setup procedure. Follow the setup guide here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5AgWTysN7I&t=68s, and get the camera work. Hope this helps.
