      We just realized that our Argus 2 is no longer recognized by our Wi-Fi. This is probably due to the new password on our new router requiring a special character in the password. Our Argus 2 used to work fine until our Wi-Fi password had to change. Is there a workaround for this issue? Thanks for any help.

        @debmannon_119018974642335 Hi there, thank you for reaching out. After changing password of your WiFi router, you will need to reset the camera and redo the initial setup so the camera can connect to the WiFi again.

        If the camera won't connect to the WiFi, you may try to change your WiFi password with another special character listed here, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007503073-Wi-Fi-Connection-Failed-when-Setting-up-Lumus-Battery-Powered-Cameras-and-E-Series. Hope this helps.
