Hey there! Did you log in with your social media account? Because if you are using Email address to log in, it will automatically send out a Email whenever your post gets a reply. However if you are logging in with your social media account it won't send out the push notifications. We will fix this problem soon.

Sorry I meant to say I do not use a social account to login. So I should be getting emails, but I am not.

Same here - I'm logging in directly with my email address and haven't had a single email notification from the forum. I've double checked spam folders etc, nothing. I can't see any settings in my account or on the thread to enable/disable notifications. It would be really nice if reolink could solve this, it's very annoying!

You sent EVERYONE registered on the forums a test email. I am not subscribed to this thread nor have i logged into my account in awhile and I still got spam e-mails notifying me of this thread. -

We are not quite sure if you have received the test email or the reply notification email, and the email was sent on Sep 8 so there's very likely a delay. Could you please send us a snap pic of the email you received to the support@reolink.com?

Asking us to do things via forum posts when the forum isn't sending email notifications won't work terribly well
ie. I'm still not getting any email notifications.
This really shouldn't be that difficult - please reolink, register yourself a couple of email accounts with some third party email providers, create a test thread and try it for yourself.

I was asked by support to change my email to a gmail address, so I did, and still no notifications. I knew that would not work. I will email support again. -
Mine still don't work. I would drop the forum provider and find a new one.
