      Hello,
I've ordered a new (not refurbished) RLC-511 directly from the reolink website.
I didn't get a new one but a camera someone has clearly send back to reolink.

Inside the SD card slot, there were already an SD card shoved in.
The card were not inserted correctly, it was shoved in forcefully next to the "real" slot. Probably he thought it was the right slot and the camera just didn't recognised his card. Eventually he can't get the card out and just send it back.

I was able to get the card out and put my own card in, everything is working fine.

So somebody did return the camera, reolink did seal the package again and send it out as new..
Did someone else also get an used camera directly from reolink (not refurbished deals)?

      Kind Regards

Oh really. I have never encountered this case before. You should have come back when you unboxed and checked first. However, if the machine is still being used normally, I think it should not be a big problem.
