RLC-823A & RLC-523WA Tracking Beta 4.0 Firmware: Added Auto-tracking Horizontal Range & Schedule
Last week I decided to update my various cameras. I found that pretty much across the board - the 3.1 Firmware does not play well with QNAP QVR pro. On Search it doesn't even recognize that it is a camera. I was able to download and older version of the firmware for all my cameras EXCEPT the RLC-823A. When I installed the older firmware on my other cameras - they immediately started to work with QVR Pro.I put in a support ticket, But not a peep. I am not asking anybody to fix anything. I just want a copy of the 3.0 firmware for the RLC-823A so I can use it with QVR.
@allen-cloutier_515226396266737 Hi Allen, for the new firmware of the RLC-823A, the network ports are default off. You can turn it off on the PC Client. You may need to upgrade your Client to v8.7.x first.
