Retrieving 1x/minute snapshot from a battery powered camera

I see that snapshot urls are apparently disabled on battery powered cameras like the Argus. Is there any way around this? I'm aware of the battery life issue, but I want to have remote battery powered wifi cameras I can connect to from solar-powered Pis to do a timelapse. I would love it if I could get 1 or 2 reolinks into my construction project. Is this doable!? The scripting is easy. The wifi is easy. Seems like having the Reolink Argus able to do this should be easy as well. Swapping batteries even every week would not stress me at all!
