Reolink App v4.43 Released
I bought another 4g cell camera for my home. I tried to add it with app and keeps saying failure to connect. SIM card is active its same as the one in my camera that works. I’ve done all I know to do. Any suggestions? Thanks
@merrel-alford_533790955049088 Take your SIM card and insert it again to make sure it contacts to the camera properly. If it can't work, you can try to reset the camera and try to connect to the network again.
