My Reolink RLC-410WS IP Cam was acting strange. While recording, it would arbitrarily go to a white screen wherein the recording stopped, and then come back online. I googled and noted a firmware update, downloaded and followed the directions in the included *.doc file. It updated and I closed the screens then program as suggested. Reopened the program and NOTHING. Password had not changed or left as the instructions said it would. No matter what I have tried, short of climbing up the ladder and pulling it down, it will not come back online. At 70 years old climbing up the ladder isn't as easy as it used to be. I assume I will have to pull it and put my old cam back up till some one can tell me how to fix it. The cam is less than 2 months old purchased Dec 27 2017 - but I painted it black, so I assume I voided the warranty though I saw nothing that said it could not be painted. I wish they would make a version in black so they would blend in with my home.Suggestions on why it crashed and how to reboot?ps: The file I downloaded to update the cam: RLC-410WS_889_17112703.zip Case it matters.
ps:
