Unable to add NVR To Windows Client

I am unable to add a remote NVR to a window client (v8.7.3) via UID.
It adds perfectly to the mobile app. It prompts for a password on the mobile app, but doesn't seem to do that on the windows client.
I've tried adding the NVR on multiple computers with the Windows client and none of them prompt for a password.
Tried running in as admin.
Tried turning off Add Devices Automatically -
