Great Info! I was using the exact same SD card and have video playback problem with the hi def (clear) and my build isI think this could be my problem and one possibility (drawing at straws) is that I may have the network that the cameras connect to for updates very well could be blocked by my firewall....if only I knew where the updates came from!Thanks for the reply.....there is still hope!!
Back in late July, both the Android app and Windows client indicated that there was a new firmware update available for my Argus PT 2k camera (firmware version v220.127.116.115_22061301). But both the app and client failed to install the new firmware. So, I opened a ticket with customer support and had them look into why the update failed. They asked for my UID and password and tried to update the firmware themselves, but FAILED! They said there were problems with firmware updates and told me to wait 2-4 weeks. Nothing has changed for me, I’m still on the original firmware I had at the time I purchased the camera. Both the app and client no longer indicate that a firmware update is available. I think they had problems with firmware updates and the way updates were being done, but they NEVER indicated to me what the problem was. I have no problems with my camera and its current firmware and the way its operating.Good Luck!
@john_350143387672724 You must have given me good luck!I finally gave my info again and this morning got an email saying they pushed out the FW.I logged in and no change but I checked for updates and updated 5 of my cams.....they had pushed one out to another camera days before and I updated it as well.I'm now on v3.0 0.875_22030800 and my recordings are watchable and pretty great resolution! I actually can use the hi def (clear) and the recordings are no longer pixelated!I don't understand why the updates are NOT always available for us to check and update if we want to.......Anyway, thanks to Reolink support (took months and $ on SD cards) but now everything is working!
