      Hello,

Had system for about 2 weeks. During replay, I'll capture pictures or clips. Bottom right hand corner of Reolink Client pop up windows says saves are successful. When I go to ‘Capture’ and ‘Download’ folders on my C/ drive folders are empty... where do saves go? Are they masked (hidden). I've checked 'View' for folder, Hidden files box is checked (I unchecked box, no change).

Any ideas where to look or how to search? Are they saved to NVR hard drive?

      Thank you,
      D
