      My cameras wont connect to virgin anymore, they worked ok before they upgraded the system but now won't connect

            @outside_420763222073523 I’m having the same issue!! I did the update and now I’m I need a password to each individual device(camera) and I’ve had these cameras for years I don’t remember ever having a password for each individual camera!!!

                @user_631952865763449_631952865763449 Definitely that you need credentials to log onto cameras connected to the Internet otherwise anyone knowing your UID can get access.

                  @jjnakos50_34591702659274 Maybe you chose to reset the configuration after the completion of the upgrade and therefore you need to enter a new password.
