Spotlight sensitivity adjustable?

I'm looking at buying a couple of RLC-811A for the front of the house and a Duo2-POE for the rear of the house. Both of these cameras have spotlights and will be on 24/7 recording. I would want the RLC-811A spotlights to come on when something (person, car, pet) is detected within maybe 15ft-20ft of the house but not before that (street is maybe 30ft away and a fair bit of both foot & vehicle traffic). At the rear of the house I would want the spotlights to come on much earlier - probably as soon as something is detected. Is this possible?
