Updated Firmware for RLC-823A 16x

Hi,

I recently purchased the RLC-823A 16x as an upgrade to my RLC-523WA camera. after configuration and setup I love the improvement in the image quality and higher optical zoom.
I do not have the ability to set the AutoTracking feature on the RLC-823A camera as I am able to on the RLC-523WA.
I currently have FW: v3.1.0.804_22011510_v1.0.0.30 installed on the RLC-823A 16X. Is the FW that is available for download on the download center for the RLC-823A compatible with the RLC-823A 16X. what is the latest firmware available for the RLC-823A 16X.

@user_626902708813876_626902708813876 We are stuck, as engineers are still working on the firmware update. I was told it could take up to a month. I am so frustrated and disappointed that they would release a half baked product, not ready. Auto tracking is a major feature for such an expensive unit not to come with.
