How can I use / access the reolink images saved on clouds for personal AI image recognition program?

just bought 2 camera for a personal project of Image recognition on my yard.

Would like to know how can a python program can access the images saved on your cloud?
It is on local but can go in another cloud like AWS and I still want that to work later.

or is the only solution is to get them saved in local and have my program lookup the folder in local? Is there a real time process so far I have just read it is ftp (so manual!)
