Connection Failed Go PT Plus Mac Client

I have a Go PT Plus 4G cellular camera, and a NVR with six POE cameras that work great on my iPhone. When trying to view on my Mac computer with client installed I can view the NVR six cameras but when I try to add the UID for the Go PT Plus I get a "Connection Failed" message. My iPhone with cellular data turned off and only on same WiFi will connect just fine. I don't believe it is a router issue. This is what I have tried; I have added Reolink client to allowed connection in Mac's security firewall settings. I'm also running Norton Secure VPN. I have added Reolink to the safe connections link. I have tried turning off the firewall. I have used phone on cellular data only as a hot spot to bypass my router. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
