where can I find the firmware upgrades and how do I pair the chime?

From an answer I got from support lately:

1) Resetting:
Unplug chime
press and hold volume button while pluggin in again
Hold until acoustic signal.

2) Pairing:
Unplug chime
Press and hold the "settings" button? (The one opposite to volume, on the other end) while plugging in again
Hold and wait for signal and light
Press doorbell - should pair now.
