Re: Welcome message keeps repeating after hard reset on E1 Pro
I’ve hard reset twice and still only get the welcome message. What next?

My steps.
1- Reolink app updated
2- Scan the QR Code on the Camera
3 - the phone doesn’t respond
4- I have entered manually the
UID
Step 2
1- power turned on and a repeat welcome message in multiple languages with no stop.
The camera doesn’t make a chime noise and keeps repeating the welcome message. Not able to pass this step.
