Hello,

I just installed the RLC 823A but the Auto Tracking only worked in the beginning. All settings should be ok and the firmware is up to date. What can I do?

@user_631336532095021_631336532095021 Can you restore the camera and re-configure it again? Restore shall set the parameters to their default value.
You can do it from the Android/IoS/Windows/Mac client.
