Reolink App v4.41 Released
I can't seem to add my new E1 Zoom to Synology.I add them manually (because it can't find them). I can authenticate, but after initialization the camera disconnects and won't connect anymore.I have other Reolink cameras connected, but this one doesn't find it and if I add it, it doesn't work.I have the latest version of Synologe and the latest version of Reolink.I am very disappointed, if it doesn't work I am forced to send it backregardsStefano
@stefano-klett_614247822987953 I don't use synology and so can't help. Kindly email Reolink support.
If synology uses RTMP or something like that check the Network Port Settings and enable all protocols to see whether that helps.
