      Re: Disable network blue blink light

      How to link the Flood light to Duo 2 PoE Camera? I try to follow instrucitons from https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/10918544226585 but somehow even having the most recent Reolink App on my Android device, the screens look different from the ones in mentioned Support article.

      It is not working from whatever side I try to do it, from camera and from flood light the options are simply not there.

      I have a RLN16-410 with a Duo 2 PoE and a Floodlight. for the NVR and the Camera I checked multiple times that I have the newst Firmware, on Android App I have the newest app, but still not able to link Camra to flood light.

      Any help is appreciated.

          @e-gomes_134806837567673

          I've been playing arround and got ir running. BUT: It only works when Camera and floodlight are connected to my own PoE Switch, not if tehy are connected to the NVR.

          After reading this: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/10906271215257-Which-NVR-Supports-Reolink-IoT-Devices I guess the NVR is not able to communicate with the flood light because it has a wrong Hardware version N6MB01.

          My question now is if it is possible to update the hardware veriosn, but I fear this is not possible. Can comeone confirm?

            @e-gomes_134806837567673 You need to take it up with Reolink support. Email them and within 2 days they will reply.

              @e-gomes_134806837567673 Please note the hardware version can not be updated via firmware updating. Consider the newest NVR with the latest version.

              Hello, was this ever figured out? I have the RLN8-410 and I am trying to link the POE Floodlight and Duo 2 PoE through the NVR. A few tutorial articles are around which shows a way to link it but I don't see those screens in my NVR - phone app and directly connected. It says I have the latest firmware. What am I doing wrong?

                  @mfetalino_635802090570377 Just following up to see if you were able to get this resolved. I have the same NVR and same issue, it shows up in NVR but keeps telling me incorrect password even though I am putting the correct password in. it works if I connect directly to router but not NVR. I'm also having an issue where the flood lights DOI NOT turn on when I click it in the app. How'd you make out? thx
