      I have 6 cameras running. (4) RLC-420 (5MP) and (2) RLC-820A.
In the Reolink App in Windows or on the Phone, I get all the Setup Cogs for the RLC-420's, but they don't show up for the RLC-820A's.
There is no way to get into them to reset them, or to configure IP or what have you. I have unplugged both of them from the router in hopes they would reset themselves, but that did not work.
They are working fine, I just can't get in to configure them. They both have the Reolink Watermark on them, and I am trying to get in to remove that setting.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@springline_florida_644094565486665 If it appears on two distinct clients then it is a camera issue. Did you upgrade them? Did you ever checked if there is a newer firmware from the site? Did you try to power them off and on? Most probably they need a hard reset. I suggest you to take it up with Reolink support.

Follow this procedure to invoke a hard reset

Did a hard reset with the button at the camera end, this fixed it. Not sure what triggered them to lose that as they have been running for almost a year without any issue, and it was only the 4K cameras.
