Just purchased the RLC-510WA from Reolink (via amazon) and it appears DOA. I've tried a second PS Adapter (12v 1/A) and it did not power up. The return is being handled however, just want to confirm there is nothing else I can do? I'm adding to my current 3 Reolink Camera's and will bring it to a full system of 6 or 7 camera's.

Missing anything?
