Reset a previously registered camera (Reolink UID)

Sadly, my camera had been registered when first use with Android App.

a) How could I reset it and come back to an only local behavior state?
b) How can I be 100% sure that no data would go to Reolink servers any more?

@user_63_633151097208875 Just restore the camera through the application. If you store the videos on the cloud then they are stored at Amazon secure data storage. They use standard AES algorithm for data transmission encryption, use RSA/ECDHE algorithm for secure key exchange, and follow the TLS standards. When you save footage to Cloud or play clips back, your personal information is always kept confidential from beginning to end.
