Can anyone tell me the CGI command to enable or disable motion detection?
Sorry that we haven't done tests on embedding camera streaming on public websites, or integration into other smart home softwares (e.g. IFTTT). I'm afraid that the support we can provide regarding this issue is limited. Neither can we provide any perspective on code writing, debugging, integration, etc. We can send you a doc which includes all the available commands for our cameras, which may be of limited use to you.
Is it feasible to post the documentation of the commands? They sound interesting, and possibly useful.
Thank you very much for being interested in this! You may seek the help of our technical support to see whether they can find any information about you:) Our support email is support@reolink.com
Thank you. I will email the support guys.In the meantime, would you please post a link to the list of available commands mentioned above?
I'm really sorry to tell you that I don't have the information, that's why I suggested you to contact our technical support. Thank you very much for your understanding!
See the following forum post. I've started discovering some of the API commands manually through packet sniffing. Many of the "Get" commands have corresponding "Set" commands. There doesn't seem to be an option in the gui of my RLC-410-5MP to "disable" motion detection so I'm not sure how to help. Are you attempting to enable/disable the alerting/recording on motion?https://reolink.com/topic/api-discovery-and-documentationn
My intention was to disable the camera motion detection in my back garden through SmartThings when the backdoor was open.I thought the camera was very good, but with the lack of automation support, I have since returned in favour of a Foscam.
