Last week I noticed all 4 of my Argus PTs went down within a period of 24 hoursafter inspecting each camera it was I was able to determine that the problem is the battery is no longer holding a chargeI reached out to tech-support to begin the process of getting these cameras replaced since then there hasn't been any confirmation from tech-support that the cameras are being replaced and new ones have been shippedI've been down without camera surveillance now for at least 5 daysI just want a refund for these cameras that I've only had for just under one year immediate a*sistance is needed
