Training - help to finish setting up app/client

I have Reolink Security Cameras that I purchased 2 years ago, and have never set up the App and Client fully. I mostly use my desktop PC client.
Where can I find the most practical real word step-by-step process/procedures and methods instead of just explaining menus.
The clearest instructions on how to set up the motion sensing, target zones, when to record, and how to send alerts to my phone when motion is detected?
I also need to understand the available features directly applicable to my hardware/software (do I have feature for type of motion detected, etc.).

Most importantly, info and instructions need to be specific to my hardware/software. It does not help if I get universal instructions about setting up a feature I do not have.

@user_675254744686599_675254744686599 Go to Reolink Download Center site and on the top click Appl & Client.....then scroll down and you should see ... client manual.....click on it and you have the client manual in your download folder on your pc.

Thanks. Client User Manual download is dated Sept 2021, and does not match the software version.
The first setting screen I went to for motion detection is different.

I was hoping for something more practical than the manual. Unless the manual is written to follow in order. For example, the chapter on "Motion Detection", followed by "Recording" comes before the section on the "Client Setup". Which is then followed by "Camera Settings".
Is that the process to follow practically, or is this just an instruction on each topic not necessarily in the order you would set up in the real world?
