Notification popup at locked screen on my Samsung Phone when my Reolink doorbell rings

Hello everyone,
Can please someone give me a solution how i get a popup alert at my Samsung A52s phone whem someone hits my new Reolink Doorbell. The only thing i hear is a sound as if i get an email, whatsapp whatever what. No popup. The screen stays black. Also no popup as the screen is unlocked.
I installed the app also on an Iphone and there is no problem at all. Okay it's only a popup which i can open and get a image while i want no manually action to open it but instead get the image automatic.
But on my Samsung A52s (running android 13) i don't get the f...... popup. Tried everything i can find on the internet and that is not so much. Looks like i am the only one with his combination. Don't think it is the doorbell but the phone
What blocks this on my Samsung Phone?
Hope someone is familiar with this problem. Please share
