I am trying to download a section of footage. I have "audio" enabled. When I download the file I get no sound.When I use the playback feature I hear the sound. I have tried downloading from the MAC Client software and iPhone App. Both only download the video without audio.Im obviously overlooking something.
Hi, do you mean you wanna download a clip from the built-in SD of your camera and just found it no audio with the downloaded .mp4 file?Try it here on my side and find it no problem. How about upgrade the firmware of your cameras and see whether it will work?Keep us posted
I am having this same problem. MAC, PC and iPhone app all do the same thing. Audio is present on playback but when downloaded there is no audio.Has anyone figured this out?
