RLN36 with 20 cameras on it. When using grids and scrollview, the blank channels show up. In the Android app, you can turn off the view for these camers. Make this available on the Windows app and web app.

scrollview still now working correctly on the Windows App for sure. Going to cameras hidden makes scrollview useless to me. Shameful this is still a problem 8 months later. Seems like it would be an easy fix.

@doug_752101354516718 I wish they would allow this option as well. Most of us like nice neat organized displays. Everything this day and age should be customizable. What I did find is that if you have a lot of extra scrollview pages, you may be able to at least condense them some.

FYI I'm using a RLN8-410 with client v8.8.5. Switch to the 36x split view and see where your video loss channels are vs. your "other placeholders" are. (My empty video loss channels had gotten scattered while dragging around channels in 4x splitview.) I then rearranged these to fall immediately after my last used channel. This got rid of a bunch of extra pages in my 4x scrollview, although it did not completely remove unused and useless blank channels.

Best of luck! Hopefully this feature will come in a future revision.
