      It would seem reolink is having difficulty providing camera viewing features over mobile data to virtually everyone. It sounds like you have a poor app programming team. I would just fire everyone and start fresh. I've enjoyed using reolink over wan for years. Just bought FiOS, played with every router option available and recommended still can only stream video over lan. NOT what I paid for. I'm about to throw it all in the trash and forsake the company. Very disappointed.

          @brett-hyink_464759829713142 I have no issue to view my cameras through my 4Gand 5G smartphones. It not only depends on Reolink but there is also the WIFI at home, the copper or fibre path from home to the BB service provider, routing within its IP Core backbone, the interconnect from this ISP to the mobile operator IP backbone, from the mobile operator IP backbone to its Packet core (MME, SGW, PGW), from its Packet core to its Radio network and from the Radio network to your smartphone.

            @joseph-chircop_497308027822318 The problem is massive, there are a lot of complaints on Google Play. I also ran into a problem after updating and so far no one has found a solution. Of course, this is a design issue. But you need to respond to problems, we are all glad that your application works. But your customers have a problem.
