@user_677811280715991_677811280715991 Reolink GO models are 4G cameras which operate on 4G-LTE and 3G (HSPA) radio access networks. They don't support WIFI connectivity. Maybe you want to say 5G mobile. Depends on how your mobile operator has rolled out 5G which can be either in NSA (Non-StandAlone) or SA (StandAlone) mode. In case of SA then the architecture (control and user plane on both RAN and Packet Core... no more MME, SGW, PGW but new entities like AUF, AMF, SMF...) is wholly new and so the cameras have to be equipped with a new mobile 5G module. However, in case of the NSA which is designed to be deployed on top of the existing 4G LTE network architecture, you should still be able to operate the camera but won't take any advantage of the speed offered by 5G. On IMSI attach, the mobile will not provide any 5G capability and so it will operate at 4G. However, operators can cheat customers by switching a flag on their RAN and the smartphone will show 5G even though they don't have 5G :). 5G NSA is a stepping-stone to a true 5G. Today a high percentage of mobile operators implement NSA but new entrants can start directly building a cloud native network where both the 5G RAN and the 5G Packet Core are virtualised. Today we have VOLTE where calls can be VOIP and so the circuit switch MSC/MGW is no longer required. Nice to work in this field :).
