      I have several different models in the 400 and 500 series and I am wondering if there's a firmware that would support larger than 64GB cards for them.

      Alternatively, is there a list of which models/firmwares do support larger cards?

      I am content with the features and resolution of my cameras, but I'd like to have them keep more days on them.

      Thanks.

          @bphammon_407305005134019 Check this out https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005143453-Choose-Micro-SD-Card-for-Reolink-Cameras/

          Its capacity cannot be increased by a new firmware upgrade but rather a new HW.

            @joseph_1979 Thanks for your reply.

            I can see in the FAQ section for these cameras that the 520, and the 410 both state that they support 256GB cards.

            Is that information incorrect?

            I haven't tried larger than 64GB cards in either, I do know that 64GBs work.

              @bphammon_407305005134019 Always check the specifications. Both RLC-520A and RLC-410W support 256GB SD.

                @joseph_1979 It is the model specific FAQs for the RLC-410 and RLC-520 (not the 410W or 520A) that specifically state:

                "This camera supports up to 256GB Micro SD cards with FAT32 format and Class 10 read & write speed."

                I'm guessing that I'd find that same entry in a number of the other model specific FAQs.

                Is that information not correct?

                  @bphammon_407305005134019 These are old models and can support microSD with max capacity of 64GB.

                    @joseph_1979 I'm going to strongly suggest that whoever edits your FAQs be made aware of that.

                    Because no one benefits from FAQs that contain misinformation.

                      @bphammon_407305005134019 I am a member of the community.

                      @Fiona Can you please check with your support department what is the max SD supported by RLC-520 and RLC-410? I found out from specs that these can take SD with max capacity of 64G.
