What is it about Reolink's client software engineers? It seems that each update is worse than the one before - they should be called 'downdates'!The previous update worked (well, sort of) but with 8.10.3 I've lost the ability to Playback. There are other problems, but the inability to playback recordings reduces the utility of the software to near zero!I've tried removing all installed Reolink client software and reinstalling 8.10.3 without any improvement. Where can I find previous versions on the Reolink site, so I can find at least a semi-working version?Jim
Agreed. My Argus 3 Pro's that I just got "Fail" when loading. My PT no longer has the main interface to Pan and Tilt, etc. Rolled back to 8.8.5 and all is working fine again. These issues should never have p[censored]ed beta. Playback fails also as you mention. @user_j I have installed the 8.10.3 and had no issue with Argus 3 Pro, RLC511, Trackmix, doorbell, E1 OD, E1 Zoom, Argus 2 and floodlight models. The only issue I have is the stream mode setting when accessed outside the cameras LAN and when in multiple view...only fluent. Support informed and working on a solution.

I tried the 8.10.1-beta and encountered playback issues there as well... Cannot get 8.8.5 to install now. Install fails. Is there a "Cleanup install files"?
@cris-graue_508300932612324 The 8.8.5 is still in your PC. It's under C:\Program Files (x86)\Reolink. Create a shortcut to the reolink.exe and on desktop rename it as Reolink 8.8.5. Double click and yow will be running the old client. Note that the configuration has moved to the 8.10.3 and so you need to add the cameras again. Else uninstall both 32bit and 64bit client and install the 32bit 8.8.5 client.Note that I am running the 8.10.3 and the only issue I have is the stream mode resolution for multiple view (mostly only Fluent available) and for single view (the selected stream mode selected is forgotten once you quit the live view) when I am connected to an outside network.
