      We have argus pro 3 in 2 different houses on separate accounts … for the first house we are able to put a schedule in the PIR settings, works fine … (see photo 1)

      We try to do the same thing for the second house, but there is no option to choose a schedule when opening the PIR settings (see photo 2) … this means PIR is always on, which is annoying

      both accounts have similar cloud storage plans, they work just fine

      any suggestions how to add a schedule to the PIR settings?

              @joseph_1979 I found already part of the solution: we have both Argus 3 and Argus 3 Pro … the regular 3 allows PIR schedule, but the Pro doesn’t… which seems odd to me as it is a newer and better product

                @jfrederickx_531421351882978 They change the strategy. Argus 3 Pro is AI and so you need to use the schedule under 'camera recording'. If you wish to receive emails or push message notifications within a time window then you need to use the schedule under 'Email' and 'Push Notification'. In both cases you can select the detection type, any motion, persons, vehicle and Pet. I switched off any motion to mitigate false alerts. Hope this helps.

                  @joseph_1979 we already put a schedule in the camera recording tab, but nevertheless the camera keeps recording every single movement into the cloud (and the light keeps flashing at every recording, as we programmed to do so as a safety measure)… we did not put an sd-card in, because we went for the cloud option … could that be the problem?

                  we also put a schedule in the push notifications and that works fine, but we don’t see a point in the fact that every of our daytime movements is recorded and stored in the cloud (plus the flash light which is very annoying) as the camera can’t respect the set recording time frame (see above)
