      My Argus 2 is not recording in cloud anymore. When I try to subscribe to the basic LTE plan, it does not allow me to choose my device. Also, I don't see Argus in the Applicable Devices section. Was it decommissioned?

          I am having the same problem… I tried to reach out for customer service assistance and got no where with it.

              I have the same problem. Also, no response from Support. The Argus2 does not appear in the cloud compatible cameras anymore.

                Ok.. We've wasted enough of my precious time going round in circles. Im not new to the cloud. For a month now it has not functioned. My sd was ? Says it wasn't formatted, which is a falsehood. I do pray it hasn't been manipulated, some important things on there. Says 2 plans, already have 1 plan and cant have 2, another falsehood, shows my device but wont add it to cloud plan. Parts of my research says yes my camera is still able to have cloud , some says no..so which is it? I have it down plz answer asap..i need to put it back up.
