Image is all stretched out on iPhone. Can't resize on PC.

I just got a C2 Pro and on my iPhone, the image looks all warped and stretched out. It was like this on my PC as well, but I changed the resolution and it looks better now, probably because the aspect ratio was maintained.

Also, is there a way to resize the window on PC manually using the client? I've only been able to select pre-defined resolutions instead of just grabbing the window and resizing it.
