No access to zoom camera in Reo Link iOS or Windows Client for "Track Mix" via NVR

Hi

I have installed the latest Firmware update via the Windows Client with the files for the NVR and the "Track Mix" camera.

When viewing the app on iOS or the Client through Windows 10 there is no option to view the seconday camera.
I am able to view this through the NVR itself.
For info the cameras are connected to the NVR.

@user_720859245928586_720859245928586 If you have connected the Trackmix directly through the NVR then you can only view it through the NVR. To view it directly then you need to connect it to a POE switch which is in turn connected to the router. Even with this setup on Windows Client you still you cannot watch both wide angle and Telescopic at the same time.
