    Reolink RLC 523WA keeps getting stuck

      We purchased our camera last summer. For the past couple months, when it tracks to the far left or right from the monitor point it gets stuck and doesn't move back to the monitor point. I have disabled the "auto track" feature but it still does this. What is the fix for this? It is very frustrating, for the price we paid and it isn't doing what it is suppose to do. We have checked the camera more than once for something on the camera that may be causing this to stick, but nothing. The first camera we ordered didn't work at all. This was the second camera, and now a year later this one doesn't work!!! How can I completely stop the "tracking" feature so it will stay on the monitor point? And has anyone had any luck with these cameras working for longer than a year? Please help!

          @campcam_488432990896341 First ensure that the camera has the latest firmware. You can check this in Reolink Download Center website. There is a drop down list of all the models.

          In the auto tracking there is the horizontal range. Did you try to limit the range to cover your area of interest?

            @joseph_1979 Thank you for responding. It does have the latest firmware. How do I stop it from tracking so far to the left or right where it sticks?
