I Installed a reolink NVR and 4 cameras at my inlaws place and it has worked great until it popped up a message saying it needed to run 2 updates and so when my father in law attempted to run the updates from his iPhone it has crashed the NVR to the point where he can't get to it from the app or from the NVR itself with a monitor & keyboard/mouse at this point. I can't seem to be able to locate the hardware version on the NVR anywhere and since we can't get into from the app or locally at the NVR I'm lost on how to find that info. I have read about loading the updates onto a flash drive and inserting it into the NVR so it can update locally but I need to know what firmware to get and that is relevant to what hardware version it is. So you see my catch 22 situation. I don't want to post my serial# on here out of fear of someone using it for nefarious purposes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
