I have two cameras in the same remote location. I can only access one on the app. I get alerts from the one I cannot access. This is a new issue. Also, why does it always play over cell data even when I have a wifi conection?

@condo_669529796935777 In Android, the operating system prioritizes WiFi over mobile packet data by default, and will automatically switch to a stronger and more stable WiFi connection when one becomes available. This is because WiFi is generally considered to be faster and more reliable than mobile data. However, this priority can be adjusted by the user in the settings of the smartphone (under development option for Android). The smartphone will always try to use WiFi when available, but if the WiFi connection is weak or not available, it will switch to using mobile data instead.

Which is the model of the cameras? Is it connected using WIFI or Ethernet? Which client version are you using? Does this occur when using the same network as the camera or from an external network? Is there any bandwidth restriction or any fw rule (you receive push message notification but unable to open communication.....for me a bandwidth issue? Try to add it using the UID from the same network and check.
