      Hi,
I have 3 Reolinks 811a cameras. 2 of them are already connected and running. unfortunately too often 🙂
A camera (CAM-HT) is covered and works well until a few false alarms. the other (Cam-GA) runs almost continuously when it rains. It's not covered. I am currently taking the settings from the camera and not from the synology as I have had even less success with the settings on the Survillance Station.
i disabled the motion detection in the time schedule and i also put the sensititity on low. problem stilll exsist.

      any ideas?

      regards Juergen

Make sure the motion detection zone is correctly set up. Exclude areas with frequent movement like trees, plants, or busy roads. This can help reduce false alarms caused by irrelevant motion.
Adjust the sensitivity settings gradually. Sometimes, the "low" sensitivity setting might still be too sensitive for certain environments. Experiment with different sensitivity levels to find the optimal setting.
Check if the false alarms are being triggered by changes in lighting conditions (e.g., sunrise/sunset). Adjust the sensitivity accordingly or consider using specific motion detection settings optimized for varying lighting conditions.
