Odd "jumps" in frames when streaming form the Reolink client

Hi all.
I'm new in the IP-Cam world.
I've connected two Reolink RLC-520 IP-CAMs.
I've played around with resolution, bitrate and FPS - but I encounter a problem.
When streaming via the Reolink Client (windows) then the frames "jumps". I can see that the time-stamps jumps a lot. I can see that movements are "flickering" of "old" frames being submitted.
Sometimes I also encounter GREEN frames (if that is any help).
I've checked the recordings, and they show exactly the same issue as the live-stream - hence it's the actual stream, which is affected.
Any tips and tricks? -
We can search for live webcams around the world at Reolink. Once I also bought them from its online store but after that, I joined https://www.trustpilot.com/review/papersowl.com website for my paperwork and I left buying it. I am a student and now my only motive is to focus on my future. So I choose this field because it is related to education and it will very helpful for me.
