I have client 8.12.1 loaded on my PC. It tells me this is the latest version. When I start the client, none of my Argo 3 camera's load automatically like they used to. I have to manually reload multiple time to get them to load. After they finally load, they "unload" for no apparent reason at various times. HELP!

Same problem here shortly after updating software yesterday. No video streaming in Windows Client.

@joseph_1979 Install it? You mean put the files in a folder? I put them in the Reolink Folder and it still gives me the message. I don't have an option to actually "install" something to a predefined directory. Microsoft has DirectX integrated into Windows now, and we shouldn't have to be "installing" 23 year old versions of DirectX. I'm getting a lot of warning bells out of this one.

@user_692173041451191_692173041451191 it won't do any harm installing directx9 over directx11. It will add older libraries.

If you feel uncomfortable then don't install it and email Reolink Support for assistance

@joseph_1979 Okay, I did that and now I have lag and sound issues with my camera. Not saying the DirectX did it, could just be this client. I was hoping the bugs were worked out of it by now. I guess I'll go back to the last one. Too bad, this one does look to be promising. Maybe they'll put out one that works correctly soon. Just now noticed after closing it, I start hearing the sound for a couple of seconds.

Add me to the list of nonfunctioning 8.12.1. Neither of my E1s will display a video stream using the client. But both work fine using the app for Android on 3 different devices. I went back to 8.8.5 and everything is fine. Obviously, there is a bug that needs to be addressed.
