We have both at the RLC-823A and the RLC-823A 16x.

Finally the 3D Zoom made into the MacOs-App and the web browser. Unfortunately the 3D Zoom button/functionality is available only for the 16x model...

Is this a bug? How to fix this?

Plus – this is a MUST HAVE for the iOS App too!
